“The limit of exposure accepted by VELO YELO LIMITED is noted at a maximum of £5000 in the event of a loss per bike. A Bike is defined as equipment associated with and accessories required to participate in the event”. In the event of loss damage of theft of bike, 20kg bag each incident shall be looked at on a case by case basis and based on depreciation of items and proof of purchase of belongs. The excess on each case is (£350/€500 for each claim.i.e the first £350/€500 is not paid by VELO YELO LIMITED.
VELO YELO LIMITED will be shipping your bike fully assembled to and from your cycling/ Triathlon event. They will be professionally racked in our fully adapted vehicle, we will only remove your wheels to allow us to secure both the frame and wheels to our individual racks. It will take out the hassle of dissembling and reassembling your bike before and after the event and the cost of renting a box. The bikes will be securely racked during travel at the front fork and also by the rear fork, this ensures that there will be no damage to each frame. Each wheel has its own fork which is free standing and free spinning. These will be secured by the skewer only which will ensure no damage to the wheels frame, rim and spokes. These cannot be touched in anyway. We do not make any adjustments to any part of your bike and advise customers to check and readjust bikes before your events, VELO YELO LIMITED will not be held responsible for pre transport damage or faults to bikes. We will also transport a bag for you to allow you to include your wetsuit, bike shoes, helmet, CO2 canister’s or anything else you would like us transport. You can only collect/drop off your bikes at the times and locations that have been allocated on our website unless it has been pre-arranged with VELO YELO LIMITED via email. Each customer is responsible that there is no narcotics or banned substances packed with your equipment. If this is the case VELO YELO LIMITED will not be responsible for confiscation at boarder points.
VELO YELO LIMITED will try to ensure that all our shipping and delivery times will be made without fail. In the event of serious accidents or extreme circumstances, VELO YELO LIMITED still intend to complete the shipping to their best of their ability and each customer will be notified. There will be no refunds giving in the event of transport times being delayed.
VELO YELO LIMITED reserve the right to cancel an event, should we not receive the numbers to justify servicing the event, we will notify you within 1 months of the event and will provide you with a full refund.
Transfer
Bookings cannot be transferred to another person. If you want to transfer your booking to another event in the same calendar year, a £20 fee will apply. If you want to transfer your booking to another event the following year, a £70 fee will apply. Transfers for the following calendar year must take place at least 4 weeks prior to the event your booked in.
If you cancel a booking there are NO REFUNDS available. Bookings are non Transferable to a 3rd Party
